Tracey
BA (Soc. Sci), Dip VN (Dental), VTS (Dentistry)
Tracey has been a veterinary nurse for over 30 years. Her passion for dentistry began after the birth of her first child whilst working with Dr. David Clarke. Together they have worked on all creatures great and small, from meerkats, koalas, Tasmanian devils, to lions, tigers, and tapirs. Veterinary dentistry is stimulating and rewarding, and she knew this was her true calling in the veterinary field.
Tracey completed her Veterinary Nurse Diploma (dentistry) in Australia in 2012. Since then, she has assisted in dental workshops, given numerous lectures, and published quarterly dental articles in the Australian Veterinarian. Wanting to further her knowledge and skill base she embarked on pursuing and successfully completing the VTS certification in dentistry.
Tracey is also the current Managing Editor of the Journal of Veterinary Dentistry. Tracey's passion for dentistry shows when she works with clients to motivate then, and ensuring all our patients maintain a healthy oral cavity.
When not pursuing her dental pursuits, Tracey spends time painting, hiking, bird watching, and wither children. She is very fortunate to live in the Dandenong Ranges where there are a wonderful variety of birds to paint and natural bush to call home.
